Knocking down walls@555 with Carl Goines.  New construction to knock down the wall between the jail cells and the entry will make way for a cafe, retail space and lounge.

The Banksy piece at 555 hides the wall being knocked down behind the tarp.

room (view of canada)

creepy and peaceful interior
View of Canada from building on Fort St.  The building is used as a sort of props storage.  I walked in while the garage door was closing and went up to the 4th floor.  It opened up to this red-carpeted expanse.  Every other floor was filled with tiki-lounge-themed, giant statues, etc.  This floor was quiet and beautiful.
